Frequently Asked Questions

What is the return policy?

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

For reasons of hygiene, food safety, and personalization:

Opened, consumed, or altered products cannot be returned.
Custom-made, personalized, or specially prepared upon your request orders are non-refundable.
Food products, by their nature, cannot be returned.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the product concerned. We will assess the situation to propose an appropriate solution.

Are some purchases final sales?

Yes. Due to the food-related, artisanal, and often personalized nature of our products, some purchases from Zetty Multiservices are considered final sales.
This means they cannot be returned or refunded, except in case of an error on our part.

When will I receive my order?

Preparation and delivery times may vary depending on the nature of your order. Our products are prepared with care, which may influence processing time.

⏳ Preparation Times

Regular orders are generally prepared within 2 to 5 business days.
Custom or special orders may require a little more time depending on complexity.

🚚 Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times vary depending on your region and the selected carrier.
Generally:

Preparation: 2 to 5 business days
Delivery (Canada): 3 to 7 business days
International: variable by country

A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment, allowing you to track your package in real time.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are carefully made in Quebec, using high-quality local ingredients.
Each creation is prepared by hand, with passion and expertise, to offer an authentic product that reflects the encounter between Quebec craftsmanship and Creole inspiration.
At Zetty Multiservices, every detail matters — because quality is our finest tradition.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the items ordered.
The exact amount is displayed before you confirm your purchase, to ensure transparency and simplicity.
We sometimes offer promotions or free shipping depending on the season or the order amount.
